1. Where / how did you meet your spouse? we met when i came to work at hayden lakes friends church. i initially was friends with his mom, brother and sister...and later became friends with him.

2. How long have you known each other? 8 1/2 years

3. How long after you met did you start dating? about 1 year

4. How long did you date before you were engaged? 1 year

5. How long was your engagement? 1 year

6. How long have you been married? 5 1/2 years

7. What is your anniversary? june 22, 2002

8. How many people came to your wedding reception? probably around 200

9. What kind of cake did you serve? costco sheet cakes (grandma made our cake, but we didn't serve that one)

10. Where was your wedding? newberg friends church

11. What did you serve for the meal? no meal (just cake, nuts, mints and punch)

12. How many people were in your bridal party? 4 on each side

13. Are you still friends with them all? all but 1 on my side

14. Did your spouse cry during the ceremony? no

15. Most special moment of your wedding day? when grandpa, mom, and my brother sang "be thou my vision" during the candle lighting. and when mom sang "a song for my daughter" right after dad gave me away.

16. Any funny moments? not that i can think of

17. Any big disasters? almost...one of eric's best men is 6'7" (or something like that) and when he tried his tux coat on the night before the wedding it was 4 or 5 inches too short in the sleeves. luckily he was able to drive to the tux shop the next morning and get one that fit.

18. Where did you go on your honeymoon? schweitzer moutain

19. How long were you gone? just less than 1 week. we actually came home early so we could open presents :)

20. If you were to do your wedding over, what would you change? pictures...i'd follow the advice of my photographer and write out a list of all the pictures i wanted taken (i felt like there were some i wanted, but didn't get)

21. What side of the bed do you sleep on? the right

22. What size is your bed? queen

23. Greatest strength as a couple? communication

24. Greatest challenge as a couple? i know we have challenges...but i just can't think of one that's the greatest.

25. Who literally pays the bills? i do

26. What is your song? don't have one

27. What did you dance your first dance to? didn't dance

28. Describe your wedding dress. pretty and white :)

29. What kind of flowers did you have at your wedding? your average wedding blend (i didn't have any prefrences, so i let the florist choose...she had done my sister's wedding, so i knew i'd like what she did)
